Executive Chef, Vin Rouge
John Knox has been the Chef of Vin Rouge since July 2015. A Raleigh native and avid outdoors-man, John, grew up taking in everything his home state had to offer. After a small stint in Boston, John worked seasonally for a couple of years between AAA 5 Star The Little Nell in Aspen, and the acclaimed Straight Wharf Restaurant in Nantucket. He has now settled back in Raleigh with his wife Mary-Kate.
