Justin Anderson is the sous chef at Nana’s, a contemporary American fine dining restaurant in Durham. At Nana’s, Justin manages the kitchen nightly and assists in menu development. Justin joined the ranks in at Nana’s in July 2016 after working at Durham Italian restaurant, Gocciolina. He previously worked with Amy Tornquist at Watts Grocery, and started his cooking career as the garde manger cook with the opening staff at Ashley Christensen’s Poole’s Diner in Raleigh. When not in the kitchen at Nana’s, Justin enjoys playing golf and hosting dinner parties with his wife, where he is known among their friends for his low country boils and barbecue.
