Patria Food & Events was created by Chef Regan Stachler, one of the Triangle’s most talented chefs, who earned his stripes in Florida and at award winning restaurants in NewYork. Patria is a full-service catering and event planning company crafting custom unique menus, with a focus on Regan’s by-now famous Over-the-Coals cuisine.
Regan is also the founder of ChickenWireNC – a pop up dinner concept that since 2013, has brought together the area’s best chefs to collaborate on distinctive food experiences with proceeds benefiting numerous not-for-profits. For the last 5 years, Regan, as the owner and Executive Chef at Little Hen, has partnered with local farmers and producers to bring award winning farm-to-table cuisine to the Triangle. In 2017, Regan will be exploring interesting opportunities both in the Triangle and region that will allow him to continue to showcase his sensibilities.
