After an extended cocktail hour with views of rolling hills and lush pastures, enjoy a seated, family-style meal prepared by the culinary team of renowned Chef Serge Falcoz-vigne. Following dinner, join us for dancing and interactive dessert stations. 

THE CAUSE

Ticket proceeds benefit the Polka Dot Mama Melanoma Foundation which funds research, raises awareness, and educates the community about melanoma — the deadliest form of skin cancer.

Serge Falcoz-Vigne, 2019 Executive Chef

The gala’s extraordinary dinner will be under the culinary direction of Serge Falcoz-Vigne. Originally from Grenoble, France, Serge has cooked in restaurants all over the world. His passion is to create new recipes based on classic, traditional cuisine using modern techniques and mixing local products with international flavors. Serge believes that la cuisine is an international language and that everyone, all over the world, can understand the pleasure of eating something delicious. Serge is the executive chef and general manager at Saint Jacques, a french cuisine restaurant in Raleigh.
